Ok so I thought i would update this...
so for any of you that don't already know/ that care/ that are bored enough to read this
I quit my job at the chocolate shop last week, which was great.
Currently i am working Mon-Fri with my dad at my parents shop because, my mum broke her foot again recently and she can't work.
I'm not sure how long I will be working there for, it depends on how mums foot goes, probably at least another 2 weeks. I dont earn as much an hour there, its about 12, but it is cash in hand and thus tax free, and with the added hours i'm still earning 600 a fortnight, so im doing ok.
I have also decided that seeing as I have let my black hair fade pretty much totally away, im going to have a change and dye my hair a sort of cherry red with black streaks, im going to go to the hairdresser on thursday or friday to see how much it will cost and all that jazz about bleaching and colours and stuff. I can't be arsed doing it myself because I know I'll fuck up the bleach or some shit.
So my house goes on auction on March 15. Exciting! Hopefully we sell it for enough money. Then there will probably be a 3 month settlement time in which my parents will look for and buy an apartment, and Carey and I will have to start looking for a rental to live in, or I will be stuck sharing a bedroom with my sister in an apartment...blergh.
So I really have to find a better paying job, hopefully around 4 days a week so I can still fit in uni. I am thinking daytime cafe or sandwhich shop work like I am doing now would be a good idea, no nights and hopefully it would fit in with my one day of uni.
I dont really want to go back to uni, but I am so close to finishing now after my phail semester 2, and only doing one subject a semester will lead to less stress and hopefully essays finished on time and better grades.
Mine and Carey's 21st are in April, I am looking forward to that, we have thought of where we would like to have the party but still need to find out details about the venue and how much it costs, but it looks awesome so yeah.
Thats about all I can think of to type at the moment,

so im part of this research thing on the net, where sometimes you justparticipate in research stuff for the place and they pay you cashmonies!
I got one yesterday, but its asking for current smokers. hello hello
so ive been thinking about buying a PC because im sick of trying to run all my sims games on my laptop, it makes my laptop sad and angry when i try to.
basically i was just hoping any of you could help me in trying to work out what I would need to buy to have a fast computer which I can play the game on with good graphics and no lag.

In the true tradition of essay writing time I am instead updating livejournal, despite the fact the essay is due on monday and ive done basically none of it, despite my attempts at studying. Why can't it just flow from my brain to my fingers to the keyboard like magic? *sigh*
My life hasn't been very exciting as of late, not that it is usually, but oh well. Looking forward to the end of uni, and then all the fun that shall come, le page parties, hehe, mmm...warm.
However must find full time job soon, when uni is over; and hopefully save for the going away overseas-ness. Why can't someone just give me like 50 grand or something? That would be sweet.
I'm so torn between wanting to stay at home to be able to save and wanting to move out. Centrelink told me I could probably be declared independant from my parents financially, so I would be getting payments that are more like 330 a fortnight, and if i moved out I would get living away from home allowance, however if I start working full time I don't think I would be getting this money. If I would be that would be sweet, as it would pay rent and stuff, which would be sweet, however I doubt this would be the case, especially as if carey and I move out together his income is also considered, so 2 people working full time would mean no centrelink im assuming right? Anyone know anything more detailed about this kind of stuff? Im aware I could ring centrelink and ask, but Im afraid if I say I have a boyfriend they will go all crazy and claim he contributes to my income despite the fact that we don't live together or share income or anything like that (because thats what centrelink does).
So Carey and I are going away on Tuesday to celebrate our 3 year anniversary (which was actually the tuesday just gone), we will be away Tuesday and Wednesday and come back on Thursday, I am looking forward to it, the place we are staying looks so cool.
On our actual anniversary we went out for dinner then went back to cheltenham.
I just noticed that on this page which I am updating my lj on, the ads on the side, because I have one of those accounts which have ads on them, the ads try to be relevant to you, and Im pretty sure they use your lj interests as a list to match ads to, the ads i can see are a harry potter game, harry potter ringtones (seems doubtful) and Orlando News: Find Orlando Local News, Weather and Sports Information. Im assuming that one has tried to relate itself to an interest of 'orlando bloom'. Though if Orlando Bloom is still an lj interest, they probably need a clean out har har.
I just realised that Ive been listening to Amon Amarth for about 20 mins really loud without realising, is that possible? Apparently!
oh, anti_zeitgeist I sent that email and the disagreements have been sorted out for the now, there was no antagonising and hopefully all will be well. Also do you have any ideas as to what I could do that is class interactive in terms of the sport? Because Im really struggling.
I suppose I should finish off this ramble sometime soon. Have to work tommorow, really not looking forward to that, nor am I looking forward to Monday. Le sigh.
Well I'm off to not do homework.

Hi all,
just wanted to thank those who came to mine and carey's party on saturday, I had a really great time!
I hope those who were sick also get better, it's a pretty horrible thing going around at the moment, I had it for about a week.
So my actual birthday was yesterday and it was an alright day. I had to go to uni which was pretty lame, but I ended up skipping my boring 10-12 lecture and got there at 11am (?!) and found one of my friends and we went and sat in her mums office and did some work in the warm. Then we went to our english tute then our history lecture and mum drove to uni and picked me up. Yay no bus for me!
When I got home my parents and my sister gave me some presents, how kind! I wasn't expecting anything from my parents as they had already gotten me some red boots, but they got me something else too. :)
In the end I got some very lovely gifts from everyone, THANKYOU! I did not expect to get much at all, so it was very kind of you all to!

I had mango and white chocolate cheesecake last night for my birthday cake, it was so good.
We went out for dinner, that was also totally awesome.
Anyway I have to shut down my laptop now so I can go and look for some books. I hope when I come back nobody has taken my place. Its a nice little corner in the library, it has a powerpoint and very little passing foot traffic. I like it very much.
I have photos from Saturday night I will post later, and from a couple of other parties which I might also throw up.
Except when I get home I think I will first watch the new Dr. Who episode (I still havent had time to watch it yet) and then look at my new Who dvds, and maybe even the monty python flying circus box set, which i am planning to buy at jb too, which my vouchers and money, unless i dont have any money (very likely)

Oh livejournal, you truly are the tool of procrastination.
Of avoiding essays.
Seriously, why the hell am I back at uni? I fucking hate essays!
Still attempting to write my essay on Tudor Palaces/Henry VIII
It's only 1000 words, but Im out of practice!
I stabbed myself in the foot with a pin before by accident, and now my foot is bleeding.
The other day on the tram some drunk aboriginals took a photo of me on a camera phone, with one of the seedy guys putting his arm around my shoulder. It was weird.
I was reading lj before and found Ingrids delightful waste of time meme, so I decided to do it too.
I really should be doing essay, its due tommorow at about 2pm, and I start work at 4pm today until midnight :(
